Here are the pictures to go along with my earlier recap...(sorry, to be so late posting these). I realized as I was going through the pictures I took while I was home, that we did a lot of things but unfortunately I don't have pictures for very many of them. (I'll blame that on Caleb since he had our camera for nearly a week while he was in Moab riding motorcycles with his brothers.)
I have so much to be thankful for. The list could go on and on. I am so blessed to live in this free country, to have the Gospel in my life, to be sealed for all eternity to my best friend, to have my beautiful little girl (and soon to be little boy), great friends, food to eat, a roof over my head, my Savior Jesus Christ and His atoning sacrifice for all mankind,,,just to name a few.
My sweet sisters-in-law, Kynda and Marisa, were so kind to throw a joint baby shower for myself and Caleb's cousin's wife, Jen, (who's also having a boy in Jan.). Thank you--It was so fun!
My good friend, Heather, and her mom, both made me blankets complete with burp cloths! They are both so talented.
My mother-in-law sewed Jen and I each one of these blankets in honor of our husband's LOVE of motorcycles. (Lorna, I still can't believe you found such perfect material!)
My mother-in-law, Lorna, and I
My sister brought her new three month old Golden Retriever puppy home and he was so cute! Unfortunately he liked to chew on Caysja and she was pretty scared of him. "Grandpa, save me!"
Thanksiving Dinner with my whole family! (Yep, I just have one sister and that's it.) It was so delicious! But better than the food was just being with everyone I love.
Later that night, my mom, Caysja, and I went for a walk around the Greenbelt to feed the ducks. It got dark fast, as you can tell but it sure was a beautiful day!
Caysja loves my parents! She would ask them about 20 times a day to take her to go see our cats outside. Let's just say she's a little spoiled being the only grandchild and all...
My cute friend Heather is super crafty and always coming up with the best ideas. While I was home she helped me make this hair bow hanger as well as the 5 ribbon flower clips. Thanks, Heather! I LOVE it! I really needed something to hang all of Caysja's hair things on. Now I just need to find a picture to go in the frame...
In other news... I went to the Dr. today and I only have 17 more days to GO!!! Yippee! This has been a really long pregnancy. I'm actually dilated nearly to a 2 and 75% effaced, so my Dr. seems to think I may not make it to my due date. I'll be VERY shocked if that happens though. I can't wait to be DONE being pregnant, but at the same time I'm not ready for this little guy to come yet! There's still so much I need to do. I would really like Christmas to be over and done with before he comes, but we shall see...CONGRATS to my two good friends, Alissa and Kristy, who just had their babies! (Alissa had Camden a little over three weeks ago, and Kristy had Noah on Sunday.) It's been so fun to be pregnant with the two of them! Now I'm the only one left...

Congrats and good luck. I hope you don't go overdue-that's never fun. Cayjsa is so adorable, and always looks so happy.
Sounds like you're moving right along - I was dilated to a two and 75% five days before Aubrey was born. Oh wait, you DON'T want to go this soon... I mean, of course you'll make it through Christmas!
What a fun Thanksgiving! I can't believe your pregnancy is almost done.
How cute! I love the pic of Cayjsa with your mom! I remember counting down the days with Quin... and hoping he would come early :)
I need to get your e-mail address, we made our blog private... mine is wilson.ann.m@gmail.com if you want to e-mail it to me
CUTE PICTURES! It looked like you had a blast in IF! It's always fun to go home and visit family. I was dialated to a 1 and 75% effaced three weeks before Jack was born, than a 2 and 90% effaced two weeks before and a 3 and 90% effaced the week of his due date, and he was born right on his due date, so you could have him on his due date still. I thought at the rate I was progressing I would have my baby 2 months late!
It is so exciting to go to the doctor and know that it is almost time! I love the anticipation the most! Let me know if you need anything!
It looks like you had a great time in IF. (We did too!) Being dilated to a 2 AND being 75% efaced...I hope you go before the 17 days! Good luck!
cute pics! I forgot to take pics of Thanksgiving and it was Mason's first so I was so bummed! You are almost done with pregnancy! I totally remember the feeling of wanting to be done and yet not feeling ready... but that is so exciting that you will get to meet your little man! :)
It looks like you had a fun Thanksgiving. I can't believe you only have 17 days left. Good luck with the delivery! Let us know when the little guy comes!
How exciting! At this point its so fun to know those numbers... dilation and whether or not you are ephased. Ready or not, this baby might be coming soon! We are excited to see pictures of this little guy. :)
Those pictures are darling. And good luck with this last hump of your pregnancy. Your mom looks so cute! Now Caysja will have a "doggie aunt" to go with her "kitty grandma!"
How fun. I love the cute bow hanger you made. I need to do something like that. Good luck tonight. Everything will be so nice.
You are so welcome, I had so much fun making bows with you and hanging out. The bow holder looks so cute with all of Cayjsa bows on there and I am glad they all fit. I can't believe you only have 17 days left till the little guy comes. Good luck. Ryan told me the other day he has a name you could use it is Cooper. I thought it was cute. I still think you should use Camden. But I know what you mean.
What a fun trip! That hair clip hanger thingy is a great idea. I actually saw at Natalie's house that she had just a ribbon she hung on the wall with all the ribbons attached. I need to do something like that. Also way to go on almost being through your pregnancy!! I bet you are dying especially since your other friends had theirs already! Not fair huh? Well you look amazing and we can't wait to meet your little guy!
Good luck making until after Christmas. Usually the mommas are begging to go early.
I love the pict of Cayjsa and your mom! The scrunched nose is so cute.
What a wonderful holiday! Can't wait to hear when you little guy gets here... GOOD LUCK!!! Thinking of you always....
We have such similar families and you make me want to go home again. The pictures are great and I love that cute blankie that was made for you. Cute Cute! GIrl, you are getting so close. Can't wait to see pics. of this cute little guy!
Hope he comes when you're BOTH ready :) Good luck!
I keep forgetting to ask you where you get the little rhinestone things for the centers of the flower hair bows. I need to find some tiny ones so I can FINALLY finish some crocheted ones I made for Melody's little baby girl. I love the holder! And if your little guy comes before Christmas, just think, you'll have a real life true to age actor to play baby Jesus in a home pageant!
First off, I'm jealous of all of Caysja's bows, I love them all!
Second, I can't believe you only have 17 days left! What! You don't look 9 months pregnant, not fair. You look might fab being pregnant, I was a giant balloon by the end. It's going to be one crazy Christmas, can't wait to hear all about it (hope he comes at a good time!)
Criscell, I don't have your address. Email me and I'll send you the restaurant.com thing. brooklynnster@gmail.com
Not that you need another comment.....but you are such a cute pregnant girl!!!
Glad you had fun in IF. The funny thing is, I've never heard of Puerto Valerta (I don't exactly remember how it was spelled). Anyway, we'll have to look that one up sometime when we visit.
