We had a wonderful Spring Break! It was great to have Caleb all to ourselves for a few days. Of course we had to go swimming and the weather was just perfect.

We took a picnic lunch to this AMAZING park in Anthem!! I have never seen slides that tall in my life. They have beautiful lakes, fountains, playgrounds, and also a train. AND, to make it even better, our good friends, the Morris family just happened to be there at the same time!Crew and Camden spent the time lounging in their mother's arms

We took our bikes on the back of our car and rode them around the park
(The sun was in their eyes, as you can see.) Poor Crew was a little too young for the bike carrier as we found out.
We went on a hike up Squaw Peak near Phoenix. 
The view from on top was incredible!

Anthem looks really cool, I need to make a trip there. As for the hiking, that looked hot! :) That picture of Caleb with both kids is hilarious! Did you feel like that week flew by? It did for us. I think they should have given them 2 weeks on that break since that semester seemed like forever long.
Yea for breaks from school!! I'm so glad you guys got to have some time with Caleb. I honestly think sometimes the breaks are better for the moms than dads .... it's nice not to have to do everything on your own!

We LOVE the Anthem city park. I just wish that their train rides were cheaper and more often. I can't get over how stink'n cute Crew is. :) Where is Squaw peak? Looks like a fun hike.
Good for you! Family outings are so enriching. I wish we were a little closer to shorts weather. The spring bulbs are just barely popping up, but no flowery trees yet.

What a fun spring break! I love Anthem, there are such fun things to do there. It is always so fun to have the husbands home!
Sounds fun! Yeah, bike carriers are not recommended for children under 12 months, we found that out so we waited until Sam's first birthday before buying one. Those slides look like so much fun!

How fun! I'm so jealous of the beautiful weather. Sigh. Hopefully we'll get warmer weather here soon!

What fun! Man, I wish it was warm enough to go out on a hike. Our spring break is next week and Pete will be getting internship hours in while I go play in UT! I LOVE that baby announcement for Crew. Too cute.
